A Favorite Productivity tool (and community)
If you work-from-home or just want some extra discipline (and company) when you’re at your desk, you have to check out Caveday.
Caveday is a New York-based organization that holds daily "caves": online co-working sprints that help people dig into their projects with deep focus.
Here's how it works:
At the beginning of a one- or three-hour sprint you log into Zoom with a bunch of other people and are led through a short check-in by a Cave Guide.
Everyone says what one thing they will be working on for the sprint, then you go do it (camera on!).
At the end of the hour, everyone checks out by sharing what they got done.
Deceptively simple, and SO effective.
Since August 2020, I’ve been using Caves for my work projects, and my productivity (and enjoyment of the workday) has totally shot up.

This community is special and really does support you doing better work.
Note: I’m an affiliate partner of Caveday, and a part-time facilitator, because I so adore them! If you sign up for a membership with these links, I may get compensation, at no additional charge to you.
