Love these Numbers 🧮

I don’t know many life coaches who track their clients’ results.

Maybe an excuse could be that we often work with less quantifiable results. A typical career coach, for example, can measure how many clients they’ve helped get new jobs or increase their salaries.

I also help clients get new jobs and increase their salaries, and I also help them improve their happiness and define their sense of success in many other parts of life too.

The parts of life that are maybe harder to define, but even more important.

I decided not to let the subject matter stop me, and I started to measure the results of Catalyst Coaching – my six-month coaching experience that helps people to fine-tune their inner compass so they can better navigate multi-dimensional transitions in life.

Like looking for a new job. Switching careers. Moving. Renewing a search for a life partner. Becoming a parent. Preparing for an empty nest. Starting a business. Becoming a manager or leader. Returning to work after a break. Taking a break.

All the big things, and often several at the same time.

So whenever someone starts Catalyst Coaching they take a self-assessment quiz – and when we end Catalyst Coaching (even if we continue working together after) they retake the quiz so we can see what’s changed.

Recently, I partnered with a sociologist to analyze the results. What we found was that my clients see improvements across the board, and here are the areas of greatest improvement:

Specifically in terms of their careers …

100%

of clients had greater clarity about what wasn’t working in their current job and strategies for mitigating it compared to the start of our journey.

92%

of clients were better able to identify their perfect job or ideal role after working with me.

In other words, if you’re not happy at work, and you can never seem to get out of the swamp of day-in-and-day-out drudgery to get to a better place, I can definitely help you with that.

If along your career path you feel like you’ve lost sight of what you really want in your job or feel like you’re just accepting whatever someone offers you, and you don’t have a personal method for choosing what’s right for you … I can also help you with that.

Knowing what you don’t like about your job, and knowing what you do want out of your job might sound so basic as you’re reading it on the page now, but actually most people I talk to have big, unanswered, and even existential questions about this.

And when you have clarity about it, it’s a game-changer.

That’s when you ….

  • Go from lacking clarity to having confidence in your direction in life and work (77% of Catalyst clients)

  • Go from not having a plan to having a plan and taking action (92% of Catalyst clients)

  • Feel more positive about being on the right path in life and work than you did just 6 months prior (85% of Catalyst clients)

I love these deep results that my clients get and take with them wherever they go next in life and work.

I show them a mindset and a reproducible set of techniques that they can use to go on to make more aligned and intentional and self-advocating decisions into the future.

If you’re also ready to chart the course to your happiest, most meaningful version of your life – and you’re curious how I help clients get these results – book a free (no-obligation) consult with me.

I’d love to help you make some positive changes, both qualitative and quantitative, in your life too.
